Autism Speaks advocates and supports people with autism and their families through increasing understanding and acceptance of people with autism, providing access to current research, and providing information on available interventions and services.

The South Carolina Assistive Technology Program (SCATP) uses technology devices and services to help people with disabilities live, work and learn more independently. 

Special Olympics South Carolina provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Project Lifesaver is a search and rescue program for adults and children with the propensity to wander due to a cognitive condition.
